Since our establishment in 1982, providing both quality and service has and always will be the forefront of our company ethos. We remain a genuine family business and are proud to have grown in reputation to be among the leading carpet and flooring showrooms on the Wirral Peninsula.
Our showroom is located in West Kirby where we showcase a vast range of flooring products including carpets, Luxury Vinyl Tile, laminate flooring and vinyl.
We supply and expertly install all flooring available to select within our showroom, working within both domestic and commercial sectors.
Simon Barnes & Sons Carpets and Flooring was founded by Simon himself in 1982. Simon accumulated 47 years of experience working within the trade before his retirement in 2021. Simon was always strongly accompanied in the business by his wife, Dawn, who retired in 2024.
The business is more than ever a close, family-run team, with Simon’s sons James and Dominic now running the business, working alongside both several other family members and long-standing members of teams within the business. James and Dominic stride to proudly retain traditional values within the business whilst adapting to ever-changing modern developments within the industry.
